Office Network Issues
For folks who work in the office, we're troubleshooting some occasional but persistent issues with network access and Zoom meetings.
To help us track this down, please submit a support ticket anytime you're in the office and have an issue with your network connection.
Examples of things to report:
- If you have trouble joining the the "Elevate Office" Wi-Fi, or find that you're unexpectedly not on the Wi-Fi
- If you get dropped from a Zoom meeting in progress
- If your Mac can't reach any websites AND can't send or receive email
- other things like this
The more specific you can be about the time this happened, where you were in the office, and exactly what happened, the more helpful this will be.
(If you are having a problem just with email, or with one website, but other network connections are working, that's not related to this issue — but certainly open a support ticket if you need help!)
We've made a few changes to the network so far, and are testing and planning some additional adjustments, and we'll share some more info about that when it's ready. Thank you!
