Important Office Wi-Fi Update
Hi team,
Going forward, when you’re meeting in Everest or K2, please switch to the dedicated Wi-Fi network for that room. The networks are easy to identify by name:
- Elevate Everest
- Elevate K2
These networks are set up to give the best experience for video calls and screen sharing. Staying on “Elevate Office” might work, but if you have issues, this is one of the first things we’ll ask about.
You can change networks by clicking the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar (near the date and time in the upper right of your screen). Just pick the network that matches the room. Your Mac already has what it needs, so it won’t ask for a password.
(Visitors can join these networks too — the password is the same as our guest network: ChallengeAccepted)
When the meeting ends, switch back to Elevate Office for best results. The conference room networks are isolated, which means you won’t be able to print until you switch back to Elevate Office.
Thanks, and please keep us posted about any problems. (We like to hear about successes, too!)
